- Program Director Brent Grady

- RN MSN CEN CCRN CFRN TNS EMT-P. Brent is Lifestar's Program Director. He has 21 years as a paramedic and 17 years as a nurse. His background also includes Emergency Department experience as well as Adult and Pediatric ICU.

Kathy Devine 
- RN BSN CFRN CEN CCRN. Kathy has been a nurse for 11 years with a background in CCU and ER. Kathy has over 8 years flight experience and has been with Lifestar since 2006.
- Mo Reeves

- RN BSN TNS. Mo has been a nurse for 17 years. Her background is in ICU and ER critical care at a level one-trauma center. Mo has also served on the Lifestar Safety Committee. Mo has been with Lifestar since 2001.
- Candice Smith

- RN CFRN CCRN PHRN. Candice has been a nurse for 7 years. Her background is critical care. She has been with Lifestar since 2006. She is the nurse safety representative for Lifestar's safety committee.
- Cari Selzer

- RN BSN EMT-P. Cari has been a nurse and paramedic for over 13 years. Her background is in EMS and in the ER at a Level one-trauma center. Cari has been with Lifestar since 2006.
- Stacy Hewett

- RN BSN. Stacy has been a nurse for 9 years at a Level one-trauma center. Her background is in critical care and the ER. Stacy has been with Lifestar since 2006.

Flight Paramedics
- John Coughenour

- EMT-P. John is the senior medic with Lifestar.He started out as a Paramedic for San Fransisco Department of Public Health. He initially worked in East Oakland, CA before coming to Lifestar 17 years ago. He has over 20 years experience as a Paramedic.
- Chris Sterricker

- EMT-P. Chris is a full time Firefighter for Addison Fire Department. He is also an instructor with the Training Division at Addison Fire Department. Chris has been with Lifestar since 2005.
- Kerry Hess

- EMT-P FPC. Kerry has over 19 years as a paramedic with 911 experience. Kerry also previously worked as a Forensic Pathology Assistant. Kerry has also served on the Lifestar Safety Committee. Kerry has been with Lifestar since 2003.
- Deb Raymond

- EMT-P CCEMT-P. Deb has over 20 years experience as a paramedic. She has worked for Big Rock Fire Department for 22 years. She is a lead instructor for the state of Illinois. Deb has been with Lifestar since 2006. Deb also serves as the paramedic representative for the Lifestar Safety Committee.
- Steve Shink

- CCEMT-P. Steve has been a full-time firefighter with Naperville Fire Department for the past 7 years. He has been with Lifestar since 2002.
Pilots
- Lead Pilot
Dion Santi 
- ATP Helicopter, CFII. Dion is the Lead Pilot for Lifestar. He is also the Aviation Safety Manager at Lifestar. His background includes helicopter flight instruction, flying ENG in St.Pete/Tampa, FL and Power-line Patrol. He has been with Lifestar since 2003.
- Tommy Byrne

- Commercial Pilot. Tommy is retired from the Army after 22 years of service. His background is UH-60 Blackhawk pilot with Medievac service experience. Tommy has been with Air Methods for 4 years and with Lifestar since 2006.
- Adam Deets

- Commercial Helicopter, CFII. Adam's background is helicopter flight instruction and flying tours in the Grand Canyon. He has been with Lifestar since 2006.
- Rob Olivero

- ATP Helicopter. Rob's background is Army helicopter aviation and flying in the Gulf of Mexico. Rob has been with Lifestar since 2006.
Mechanics
- Maintenance Manager Michael Doucette

- Mike has been a Certified Aviation Helicopter Mechanic since 1983. His background includes working for PHI and Omni Flight in the Gulf of Mexico. Before coming to Lifestar, Mike was a Director of Maintenance and Chief Inspector for Omni Flight and Helicopter Transport Services, a Part-145 repair station.
- Bob Monninger

- Bob is a retired Army crew chief. While in the Army he flew a tour in Germany and a tour in Viet Nam. After serving in the military, Bob worked for Chicago Helicopter Airways and then Executive Helicopters at Midway airport. After working as a helicopter and fixed-wing mechanic at Naval Air Station in Glenview, he joined Lifestar at the program's inception in 1988. Bob has 42 years as a helicopter mechanic.
