It is with a heavy heart that Lifestar offers their sincere condolences to the crew, families and friends of the University of Wisconsin Med Flight team. This past Saturday, 5/10/08, the air medical transport industry lost three special colleagues (Mark Coyne RN, Darren Bean MD and Steve Lipperer Pilot) in a tragic accident.
